I am Setun Shenar designated to bring you information on extraterrestrial beings that are on Earth distant from the Laws governing the Universe.

Months ago, I brought some information on those Beings; today, I complement them.

They come from a planet already extinct and migrate from Orb to Orb trying to suck the last energies of planets in transition. They are very different from negative beings existent here that you know as "Reptilians" acting in the astral and physical plane and dominate techniques of mental control.

They manipulate embodied leaders throughout the world and practically monopolize the decisions, as well as the beings that hold the economical power of the Planet.

Humans associated with Reptilians are aware of the pact done with Darkness; however, ignore the extension of their harmful actions. The main rulers are fully aware of origin and harmful intention of their partners.

Humans, holders of power are deceived thinking to manipulate Reptilians. These are more powerful than humans are.

I am here to clarify to you that they are already acting for some time, in strategic areas of your humanity's safety. They have been acting in the mechanisms of energy, as well as in the genetic engineering and cybernetic. They have high technology, which transfer to some governments; and in exchange, obtain right to suck the energies of the planet.

Humans are like pieces in a chess game in the hands of those negative beings.

They know deeply the human beings' behavior, weaknesses and all characteristics of the planet and humanity. They exploit the world commanders and holders of the economical power to manipulate the whole Planet in a direct way, enslaving people, because poverty and chaos are spreading fast in your dear World.

Brothers, those beings have no mercy. For the time being, they cannot be converted due to state in which they are. They are aware of the existence of Groups of Work; however, the Great Universal White Fraternity (GFBU) preserves those Nuclei.

Those Beings dominate the physical and astral matter, with extreme ability, moving from a point to another, from the astral to physical plane, not being necessarily under their original form. They can take other bodies, to create other bodies and to camouflage bodies.

Their high technology and great experience on genetics facilitates the creation of bodies without soul used as living puppets for their evil purposes, as well as, they create "artificial elementals" in the astral plane for their disastrous actions.

I know of many doubts, because this matter is new and then, we continue bringing information over a relatively long time, so that you understand the depth and seriousness of the matter.

A very important point that should know and publish is that Reptilians, in spite of having their arsenal in the terrestrial underground, they cannot be confused with intraterrestrial beings.

The intraterrestrial brothers have a very special function on that hour of "planetary transition". Thence, it requires legible information for not remain doubts.

Reptilians, as extraterrestrial beings are not inhabitants of the terrestrial underground. They built artificial cities with their science, advanced technology and knowledge to subdue the material and astral world, but have not moral evolution.

Since they can take forms wanted, they can also present themselves as intraterrestrial beings or evolved Extraterrestrials. Only the bearer of a high spiritual vibration, unshaken faith in Almighty and surrounded to the spiritual work is able to immunize the individuals from their perverse action. Hence is necessary knowledge and understanding to deal with those Beings.

A deeply painful destiny waits for them. They think to have free access to all Orbs to practice their insane actions, because they act as "hyenas" swallowing everything remained from the chaos, pain and suffering of sick people. However, it is not true, because the Great Universal White Fraternity limits their actions, being constantly monitored.

Brothers, bear in mind that the Celestial Government Central will stop those Beings in the right moment. However, all that have associated and gotten benefits from those beings' malicious performance; they have to answer for their actions.
