However, which most terrify humanity are crimes committed by man against his neighbor, because assisting to the appeal of the evil, the unprotected and perverse bestial creatures thirsty for blood and violence, unhappy before their Empire’s fall, may directly influence weak minds, devoid of any superior feeling, totally skeptical and averse to higher things of the spirit. Thence, more and more send orders of destruction, violence and domain of the minds.

Crimes, corruption, immorality and perversion of ethical habits will trigger a discredit wave to the creatures of good; and evil shed strongly on terrestrial homes.
