Humans on earth have various degrees of evolution, all enough to distinguish between good and ill.

Nevertheless, by the worst ways, different people still practice "Necromancy" (black magic), because the spirits reincarnated in such human collectivities refused to give up the atavistic primitivism to provide them pleasures of riches and fame.

The vicious cycles of primitive cultures associated to the material and moral poverty of collectivities still practice macabre rituals with human or animal bloodshed.

When one or others spirits move from their original groups to reincarnation in collectivities morally more advanced, they often retake the old practices of committing barbaric crimes that shock the world.

Those human collectivities that still worship primitive and sinister cults; they will inhabit another planet similar or more delayed than Neanderthal or cave dweller.

Rebelliousness against the Law of Progress and systematic stay in moral backwardness carries them up the long difficulty path through the Law of Return.

That Planet of patchwork heritage in several evolutionary levels achieves freedom from the expiatory cycles while the humanity achieves better opportunities of progress. The Sidereal Engineering applies the final tests, and the collective exile happens for worlds in accordance with the ferocity of angelical degree of each creature.

While observing the birth of wild seeds thrown into the Planet’s ground, we can see some groups that little advanced in spiritual and moral development, despite the progress in shaping their physical bodies.

The development of the physical body was not proportional to the development of angelic characteristics even because, the evolution of physical bodies, as creatures submitted to the Creator’s Power. However, the evolution of souls in their spiritual ascension only depends on humility or stay in rebellion.

The New Land will not house such primitive and wild creatures that may restart "new cycle" far away from the regenerated Planet.
