Thank you, Father, for the fraternal hands that rescued me from the pain.

I suffered too much; now I admit my ignorance and fear about death.

I shouted, hated and tried to attack my family for forgetting me soon after I was went down the grave.

I could not accept them still alive, when I had my life abruptly interrupted.

I could not understand how they could forget me that loved and helped them so much.

From forgetfulness came hate and resentment. My mean feelings gradually were reached my relatives and dear ones generating discussion and pain.

As suffering is not eternal, a good spirit tried to help me. Initially, I refused such help. After that, I asked how he/her could help my family; and the answer shocked me by saying: Sister, you have to stand back and work for the sufferers, so that the peace and your relatives follow their course.

Today, I am worker of last hour, beginner in Spiritual Teachings. I value every day and hour granted me to modify and stimulate a sufferer to renewal.

Brothers, do not expect to be here, when there is not imperative of the matter to act. Begin now, for not suffering too much, when you leave the transitory physical world, and without time useless lamentation.

The nostalgia exists, but will be supported easily and it will not be obstacle to make progress, but a promise of a happy encounter.

Struggle for evolution and always look at the horizon without complaint for the past, looking for a happy future.
