Mediumship with Christ is work of self-discipline, self-improvement and unconditional love to the neighbor. The preparation to serve, it begins at sunrise at this morning, because what will be taught at night for those who suffer merciless pain in the spiritual plane, it begins to be agglutinated as beneficent energies, since the first moment you wake up.

We all, hard workers of the spiritual plane, know of the difficulties and obstacles in the terrestrial works for those who choose the material body to render concrete their life program and spiritual progress. However, those gathered at the Houses of Charity, are called to serve, devoting a little more of effort, love and work to the needy ones. It is not little, we know, since it changes the daily routine and modify the values widely used in the material life. Many stop enjoying of moment of leisure with friends and family, to gather here. Many leave aside the salutary rest to offer themselves to the needy ones, salutary energies, friendly words of hope and orientation.

They, often, very tired think of not attending the work, but, putting upon to the selfishness, comes the nascent altruism, kindness and the compassion, the feeling of duty assumed at the House of Charity, even being tired they go to the Spiritualistic House to fulfill the redeeming work. Even thus, dear friends, despite to know such reality, of which, in other times, we also had undergone the same stages of progress that inevitably reach all, we must transmit you these information for better fulfillment of your duty.

Being the Earth’s psychospere is congested and dense; your minds are gradually capturing and storing negative forms, associating with those thoughts emerged from badly solved feeling, due to the rebelliousness and inertia of formerly and often of the present time.

We spent time to clean up your mental house, before the assistance for those that arrive, however we have seen increasing the effort in that work of cleaning, because more and more brothers penetrate the House of charity with minds full of uselessness and dirt that need to be emptied for their own benefit and of others that arrive here.

Being aware of this reality, you could contribute with us, by beginning the cleaning with extreme vigilance, since the moment you wake up until the arrival at this House, we would be thankful and a lot of benefits such mental discipline would bring to your material life..

After the cleaning, we supply the energies to fill out the emptiness, supplement the thoughts of love and compassion, kindness, and hope absorbed by the minds of disembodied spirits attached to you. Our cleaning work goes on too much, and then, we ask you for some help so that three times a day, you may meditate on the job that awaits you, opening the Gospel, elevating the thought to the High, trying to dissipate the negative energies that seek to inhabit your thoughts.

Thus, we believe the discipline may help you to acquire the necessary automatism for in an unconscious way, in the near future, create the mental barriers, avoiding the siege and absorption of miasmas wherever you go.
