Brothers! May the Peace and kindness abound blessings of love in your hearts.

We loved our incarnation in Brazil. Aware of our obligations before the High Plane, we offered the lessons learned along the terrestrial path to the administration of that new "Brazilian Nation."

We offered to the administration of the cities, concerns and inquietudes of our spirit referred to the future of Brazil, designating as official documents, the guidelines of life in consonance with the Laws of God and of Nature.

As embodied spirits, we ignored the reasons that moved our Brazilian soul.

Today, before the lack of virtues involving the Country, our conscience compelled us to explain that politicians answer for temporary mandates, countless human lives and others.

Life means Work of God and immense is your responsibility, because the Father has entrusted His Creation to you that must answer on how you have faced such challenge.

Spirits deeply committed with the Divine Laws and taken of hope offered themselves to keep the guidelines that drive the Brazilian Homeland, in accordance with the Compass of Jesus' Love.

The longed place is not in this World. The point for which was drawn the path for progress of the Brazilian Nation was "exemplification of fraternity" that other nations did not get to reach.

For that reason, your people have been lovingly mixed together to take advantage of the sublime virtues of the soul of each foreign people.

Being successful the Divine Project of creating in the physical world a faithful atmosphere to high task in multiplying the ideals fraternity, it was constituted in a humble, tame, fraternal, homelike and cheerful people.

Even though imbued with high expectations, the reincarnates, candidates to constitute the Brazilian people, they have free will while inhabiting the physical body to abdicate of important tasks and choose obscure deviations of the soul.

Bound to be the Heart of the World and Homeland of the Gospel, Jesus, good and fair granted to the Brazilian society, the presence of strongholds of faith consolidating the Spiritism on Earth. Thus, illuminated Brazilian People were born devoted to divulge the doctrinaire lessons.

As light to indicate the dangers along the journey, the Gospel guides the travelers to face the challenges.

A Nation driven by politicians that ignore the Divine Laws, it runs the risk of losing its way, sinking into the cloudy waters of greed and corruption. Stupid crimes commit the rulers submitted to such practices, because on their shoulders accumulate the groans of pain, violence, despair and appeals for help.

They answer for undone dreams, hope and provoke disappointment.

Each commitment not accomplished that modifies the direction of the Brazilian Nation, it means heavy bale in the hands of those that failed in driving the public life.

They will pay hard for such attitudes!

To stain the soil destined by God to be Heart of the World is making bleed the own heart!

To stain the Homeland of the Gospel is corrupting the sanity of the own mind!

As Brazilian, I ask rightness character for those answering for elective mandates lending thought, voice and actions to conduct the Brazilian Nation. Retake the direction of the Country, because the violence of the imminent ruin will astonish them on the threshold of the abyss in which you are.

Brazilian people that sincerely love your Homeland, you elevate the thoughts, words and actions to the readjustment of the destinies drawn for you and believe in God, whose superior power commands everything.

Address sincere prayers to "clean up the political atmosphere" from destructive and selfish decisions.

Address sincere prayers to Education so that, love for knowledge may again encourage teaching attitudes and learning conditions.

Address sincere prayers to Health Care in favor of the indebted spirits.

In a attitude of sincere prayers, you must address your thoughts to those who should answer for corrective measures in favor of the backward ones, as well as the reincarnation provides you opportunity of renewal and progress.

For all sections, pray and observe Laws, especially "Love God above all things and the neighbor as yourselves."

There is no mistake for those that observe the guidelines drawn by Jesus.
